The purpose of the Faith@Home emphasis at Westgate is to provide parents and families with resources that will equip parents to spiritually lead their children and cultivate a growing relationship with Christ for each member of the family. We, the church, want to partner with parents and build them up as spiritual leaders of their children.

The Bible is God’s Word to us. Families are encouraged to establish a firm foundation in Biblical truths.

Prayer is talking to God and parents praying at home is an essential for modeling faith to kids.

Faith is not something you just experience at church. Family faith talks are an important element of integrating faith at home.

Worship doesn’t have to happen in the church sanctuary, although worshipping with other believers is important. Families are encouraged to worship anywhere and anytime

Families that serve together encourage connection to a body of believers and instill a lifetime of a servant’s heart in a child.

God has commanded His followers to share the Gospel with all people of every nation. Families will be equipped to have an intimate personal relationship with Christ that will be a light to other people in our community and in our world.
